Walking therapy is a great way to heal in nature. The blend of physical activity and therapeutic conversation offers a refreshing alternative to traditional therapy settings. Some patients can find the traditional face to face therapy intimidating and walking side by side eases this feeling and allows for a more relaxed approach to conversation.
